Application to Register a "Placeholder Achievement"

A placeholder achievement is entered if you have completed an internship outside the curriculum offered (in a company or similar) and this has been recognized by the chair of the examination board or an examiner as adequate academic achievement. The registered internship can then contain an individual title. Please complete and submit the following application to register a "placeholder achievement" and have it signed by the chair of the examination board or the recognizing examiner.

Application to set up a prior Master's transfer account

A prior Master's transfer account offers the opportunity to make good use of the transition period between Bachelor's and Master's studies.
Prior master's exams may be provided as soon as you have successfully completed and recorded at least 120 ECTS (or 45 ECTS in B.Ed.) (this will be verified).

After you have completed and submitted the application to set up a prior Master's transfer account, your student email address will be added to the distribution list for the Master's modules. This will allow you to participate in the module selection for the research modules and in the seminar selection (see the information on the Master's pages). No confirmation regarding the submission of the application or the inclusion in the mailing list will be issued by the program coordination office.

You may earn a maximum of 30 ECTS as prior Master's exams.
Once you have been assigned a place in the module selection process or have received confirmation of a project module from a supervisor, please contact Dr. Urszula Weclawski. The corresponding module or seminar will then be added to your bachelor's curriculum so that you can register for the exam as usual.

Once you are enrolled in the master's program, please contact Dr. Urszula Weclawski again so that the credits you have earned can be transferred to the master's curriculum as agreed. Please select the relevant module or partial achievement in your master's study plan so that the credit to be recognized can be assigned. Recognition is only possible if this selection has been made in advance.
